Abigail's preschool class went on a field trip to the Kingston Pumpkin Patch last week. The day before it had been sunny and 60 degrees. On the day of the field trip it was COLD and foggy with a slight COLD breeze blowing. Abi had a fun time, but kept reminding me every couple minutes that her hands were "freezing!" The first picture is Abi with her chosen pumpkin. The second is of the hay jumping they had set up inside the barn.
Our family went to the pumpkin patch a few days ago as well. Happily it was a sunny warm afternoon and the kids had so much fun they threw a bit of a tantrum when it was time to leave. Both Cody and Abi wanted to be "the leader" going through the corn maze, but we made it through without any mishaps. Those two are competitive with each other. I hope they never need to be on opposing teams in any sport when they are older or it could get ugly!
