Tonight at Relief Society Meeting they had a Pantry Secrets consultant come (all the way from Idaho) to show us how to make bread in ONE hour from start to finish. It was awsome! I quit making bread a couple of years ago for several reasons, but this has inspired me to start again. It was delicous and you can use the same recipe for ANYTHING bread-ish. Pizza, rolls, bread bowls, pastry breads, French loaves.....

Now I just wish I had a Bosch mixer as it works WAY better than the mixer I have. Maybe I can convince Dave to get me one for Christmas?
