Christmas tree

Since I only have nine days left until my due date we decided to go and pick out/decorate our Christmas tree a little earlier than we otherwise would have done.  We went to Henry's Tree Farm just down the road a few minutes.  It had been pouring rain for a couple of days and yesterday was no exception.  When we went it was merely raining instead of pouring.  We just put everyone in boots and rain coats and headed out!  The kids had fun running around looking for a good tree.  Mom spotted what looked like it would be a good one off in the distance and sure enough when we got closer everyone agreed it would be our tree this year.  When we got it home we had to wait a little while before decorating it so it could dry out a little first.  Hopefully it won't dry out too much by the time Christmas rolls around, but in the meantime our house smells SO GOOD!  I love that Christmas tree smell.  Here are a few pictures we took today in front of our decorated tree.
