Vacation part 4

The last part of our vacation was spent camping in Idaho at Bear Lake. Nataniel's family was attending another family reunion there (for Laurie Beth's family) and we tagged along so we could spend some more time together. We had a lot of fun at the Minnetonka Cave, the lake and in the campground.

Cody, Abigail and Daddy inside the Minnetonka Cave. Everyone really enjoyed the hour and a half walk up and down stairs looking at all the cave formations with the exception of Cody who said, "It was boring! All we did was walk!"

He had much more fun at Bear Lake with all his cousins to play with. Here they are on the North Shore of the Lake.

This is Abigail playing with one of the cousins on Laurie Beth's side of the family. We were at the East Shore this day. We stayed for a long time playing in the sand and water. It is a good thing no one cares about being clean while camping because by the time we left the lake on this day we were all FILTHY!

And here they are playing in their "fort" at the campground. It was very cute to see them together like this. It is a good thing that Abi gets along well with boys because she sure has a lot of boy cousins!

After we left Bear Lake, we headed to Rexburg and spent the night at Dave's Grandpa's home. We hadn't seen Grandpa and Grandma Burt for a while so it was nice to visit with them for an afternoon. We played Five Crown with them and they fixed us a yummy dinner. They really enjoyed getting to see Kaitlyn for the first time too. The next morning we headed out and did the LONG drive all the way home. It was a fun vacation and it was so nice to see so many family members. We are very glad to be home again in our own beds though!
