Spring Break

Elizabeth turned six months old just before our trip. She now has her two front bottom teeth, sits up well and tries to grab anything of interest nearby.

Kaitlyn turned six! She was very pleased to get a small pocket knife (she has been asking for one for a long time).

Elizabeth at the playground near Aunt Allie's house.

We were so glad to visit with Dave's Grandpa Burt and Grandma Janet.

Natalie and Abi feeding ducks and geese. We had to abort our hike up "R" mountain because of rain so we came and played here instead.

Cody, Abi and Keith playing near the duck pond.

We were also able to visit with my Grandpa Jack and Grandma Elsie.

And visit my Uncle David and his wife Carla.

We made the three mile hike to Delicate Arch in Arches National Park. It was sunny and hot (and difficult) but we make it! I was carrying Elizabeth and our day pack. Dave was alternating between carrying Eleanor and Kaitlyn (who was recovering from a stomach bug the day before).  I think it was worth the hike!

We decided to go for the much easier treck to Sand Dune arch after our long hike in the morning. Kaitlyn, Mason and Abi posing on a rock on our way back to the car.

My cousin's daughter Felicity just LOVED baby Elizabeth! Here they both are with Grandma Sian. It was great to see many of my Allred relatives!

Cody found the king of all dandelions at a park in North Bend on our drive back home.

Aside from the stomach bug that afflicted us on the trip and now that we are home, we had a great time. So thankful that we had the opportunity to visit so many family members on this trip!
