Memorial Day weekend part 1

I had a little helper while I cleaned out and scrubbed the fridge yesterday. She was VERY excited about being able to get in the fridge. Every time someone opens the door she makes a beeline for it, but usually just manages to get there when the door gets closed again. I'm sure it is a very frustrating experience for a one year old! So when I not only left the door open, but allowed her to climb inside it was awsome for her! Hopefully she won't be too dissapointed when it goes back to the same old same old of the door getting closed on her again.

We spent Saturday afternoon out at my parents cabin. The weather even decided to cooperate and the sun was shining! Kaitlyn had a great time crawling around in the dirt and grass trying to catch up with my Aunt and Uncle's little dog Sam. Cody and Abigail had a great time swinging in the hammock type chairs on the deck. Abigail also really enjoyed Sam (the dog). She kept petting her and talking to her. It was really cute to watch (but not cute enough to talk me into getting her a dog of her own). After church we will be going back since Gary and his family will be out there today so you will probably get to see more pictures tomorrow!
