Summer? Fun

Today we went to Secret Beach with a couple of friends. It was looking pretty gloomy outside, but we decided to risk it and go anyway. It turned out to be a nice day. Mostly cloudy, but we had a few sun breaks. Most importantly it didn't rain on us! The kids all had a good time looking for crabs and digging in the sand.

Kaitlyn amazes me with what a good baby she is. I fed her when we got there and then laid her on a blanket. When she was tired she fussed kind of quietly for about 30 seconds and then just went to sleep! My other kids would have needed to be rocked or nursed or bounced or.....but not Kaitlyn, she just went to sleep when she was tired. I'm feeling pretty blessed with this little girl!
