David wanted to take a short family trip as one of his birthday presents so we went to the Olympic Game Farm, stayed in a hotel and swam in the pool/hot tub, and found a place to go sledding in the Olympic Mountains.

| The road to Hurricane Ridge was closed because of a car on fire and we didn't want to wait for them to clear it, so we found another road that led part way up a mountain with enough snow to sled on. |
